FESTIVE DESSERT

Dorothy makes this for family gatherings. Depending on the season, the colour will be different.
Ingredients
2 packages (85 g each) Jello Powder, red, green, blue, etc.
1 package (4-serving) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
2 cups boiling water 1-1/2 cups cold water
2 cups prepared Dream Whip Dessert Topping
Directions
- Dissolve Jello powder in boiling water. Add cold water.
- Prepare pudding mix as directed on package, reducing milk to 1 cup.
- Fold into the prepared dessert topping with the jelly mixture; Blend well.
- Pour into mold. Chill until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Mold is self-layering as it sets.
- To unmold, run the tip of a small pointed knife around the top edge of the mold. Dip into hot water for 20 seconds. Place serving plate on top of mold and invert. Hold mold and plate together and shake gently to loosen. Decorate as you wish.
