At our last AGM in October 2024 a motion was presented to create an “Online Roster” of our membership. After some discussion, the motion to create an online roster was passed, listing only members’ names and phone numbers. This online roster will be in addition to our usual annual printed membership list, and will be in the password protected members only area of the website.
The provision was made that any members not wanting to be listed online be given the opportunity to opt out.

You may sign the “Opt-Out List” which will be available again as you pick up your badges at our June 26th meeting.

Note: Members who do not reply by June 30 2025 will be included on the online roster.
