Our Georgian Bay tour took place on a glorious sunny day and was an excellent outing.
Many felt the highlight was having an inside view of the fabulous S.S. Keewatin in all it’s restored glory. What a tremendous and painstaking job the volunteers have done to make this ship a truly wonderful jewel of the Midland, Georgian Bay area.
Others plan to return in the fall to give more justice to the Huronia Museum which surprisingly had a lot to offer for such a small population centre.
Enjoy the photos below which illustrate the Huronia Museum and Huron/Ouendat Village, the famous Henry’s Restaurant and the S.S. Keewatin.
