The Credit River PROBUS Application for WAITLIST Membership Opens on Thursday November 16 AFTER 1:00 PM.

A completed application means a form, completely filled out and signed by both the applicant and their sponsor, along with a cheque for $40.00 for each applicant. Those applying as a couple may fill out a single application form with a cheque for $80.00. If you apply as a couple then you will be accepted, or not, as a couple.
E-Transfers will not be accepted for this process because we typically have a high response rate and may need to return your cheque.
Filling out the section for birthdays and anniversary dates is optional. This section must be filled out annually to comply with privacy considerations. If this information is not on your registration form, birthdays and anniversaries will not appear in CURRENTS.
If you do not want your name or photo to appear in CURRENTS or on the CRP website, please check the box next to that option.
Applications can be dropped off to me on Thursday November 16 AFTER 1:00 PM.
- My condo, the Fairways, is located at 1400 Dixie Rd (suite 202), between the QEW and Lakeshore Rd.
- I will be in the lobby between 1:00 and 2:00 PM. Inform the guard that you will be dropping something off to me at the lobby entrance and they will admit you. If you arrive after 2:00 PM you can leave the application and cheque with the guard at the gate.
Note that criteria for acceptance includes the time that a completed application, with payment, is received by me. The other is the gender ratio, and the third is membership in another PROBUS club. If your application is not complete you will be contacted and once it is complete, it will be accepted at that time.
