1. Our site is protected by the security measures provided by Hostpapa, Wordpress, and Cloudflare.
2. Hostpapa prevents any external advertising on the site.
3. Most pages are password protected.
4. Email addresses are used only with permission, are on password-protected pages, and are not hot-linked. This means they are not accessible to Spammers.
5. Members’ names and information are not included online (birthdays etc. are deleted from each issue of CURRENTS before it is posted.)
6. At this time, people are not specifically identified in photo captions (first name at most.)
7. The Management Committee may chose to create a separate section with a private password.
8. All passwords may be changed when required.
9. We don’t collect any personal information.
10. Comments are posted after verification by the web administrators. This prevents SPAM from getting onto the site.

4. Contributions to this website will be moderated to make sure they are constructive, relevant, and civil. Moderators will remove contributions that are deemed unacceptable.
5. Any comments that reveal personal information will be removed.
6. Photos are submitted by members and are posted with the information provided by the photographer and with the photographer’s permission. Photographers are credited when their identity is clear.
7. Permission from individuals in photos is not sought as their permission is assumed when the photo is taken at PROBUS events.
8. People in photos are named when they are the subject of the article otherwise full names are not included.
9. Generic photos taken from the internet are used according to the rules of Creative Commons.
